Why We Exist

A simple statement that tells you what we're all about

Honor God. That's the starting point of everything we do. It begins and ends with this one question: "Does it honor God?". We exist to honor God, to point all things to God, to lead people to God- that they may realize honoring God is not something restricted to the walls of a church facility, or to the title of a church activity, but is a lifestyle carried out in everything we do- as we work, as we conduct business, in our homes, in our relationships...

Make Disciples. Jesus told us to go and make disciples of all people groups. That is why we believe in engaging the culture we live in- that we may teach people from every sphere of society to follow Jesus and be his disciples. We believe in relationships, in loving people, in reaching out to those who do not know him, and in nurturing those starting out in their walk with Christ so that one day they can also make disciples, who will also make disciples, who will make disciples... and it goes on and on...

To Honor God, and Make Disciples. This is at once our Vision, Mission, Rhyme and Reason. In all that we do as a church, we want to Honor God, and Make Disciples.
